Rob Spessard
CEORob has successfully built 3 new businesses for 3 different companies in the Southeast VAR space over the last 28 years. All three were successfully sold for attractive multiples to larger VAR’s. Rob is deeply connected in the southeast technology space. Prior to his time in the technology space, Rob spent 12 years in the banking sector including M&A financing, Venture Capital and Structured Leasing. Rob is a graduate of Furman University with a BA in Business.

Kyle Burriss
VP of SalesKyle is a top performing Sales Executive, the last 15 years in the Atlanta market.
A graduate of the Terry College of Business at UGA, he credits his business acumen and financial background as the pillars of his adeptness in outcome base selling.
With a eye for strategic planning, forging impactful partnerships, and empowering teams through effective coaching, Kyle has demonstrated an unparalleled ability to navigate intricate sales landscapes.

CJ Kadakia
VP of AdvisoryCJ is a seasoned advisor and technology leader with a background in enterprise software, digital strategy, and consulting. At Intersect, he helps clients unlock value through AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives that improve business outcomes and user experiences. His experience includes leadership roles at NTT DATA, C1, and as CTO of a media-tech startup acquired by MediaOcean. CJ holds a degree in business from Northeastern University and resides in Metro Atlanta.

Sig Mosley
Sig Mosley is the Managing Partner of Mosley Ventures, a venture fund investing in early stage technology startups in the Southeast and a Venture Partner in Zane Venture Fund. He is also an advisor to Silicon Road Ventures. Widely regarded as “The Godfather of Angel Investing”, a title Sig Mosley earned as president of Imlay Investments, Inc.
Sig currently is the record holder of the largest Southeast Venture deal with the $5.7 Billion acquisition of Tradex by Ariba.
Mr. Mosley serves on the board of directors of several private companies. He also serves as Venture Capitalist in Residence at the ATDC and the TI:GER program at Ga. Tech. He also serves as Entrepreneur in Residence at Emory University Goizueta Business School. He also serves on the advisory board of the Evidence-Based Cybersecurity Research Group at Georgia State University. He is a mentor at the Creative Destruction Lab at Georgia Tech. In addition, he serves on the advisory board of Local Initiatives Support Corporation Atlanta.
In addition, Mr. Mosley is a director and Treasurer of The Imlay Foundation, Inc. and serves as Vice Chairman of Imlay Investments, Inc. Mr. Mosley is also Chairman of GATV, on the board of the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurship. Mr. Mosley is managing member of Flashpoint Investors, LLC.
Sig was inducted into Georgia Technology Hall of Fame in 2007.
Sig received the Lifetime Achievement award from TiE in 2011 and from the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2018. He also received the John Imlay Leadership award in 2010 from The Technology Executives Roundtable.
Mr Mosley was selected as one of the Titan 100 for 2022. In 2023 he was inducted into the Smart Business Dealmakers Hall of Fame.
Sig is the 2012 Speaker of the Year award recipient from Emory Pelham Education Foundation.
Mr. Mosley received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University in 1968. Hobbies include coin collecting, wine and reading.

Bob Davis
Bob Davis specializes in analytics-driven growth strategy and marketing. Bob has over 35 years of consulting experience, including 7 years in the Chicago, Tokyo, and Atlanta offices of McKinsey & Company. While Bob was in the Atlanta office of McKinsey, he was a leader in McKinsey’s North American Marketing Practice.
Bob has led consulting engagements for nearly 100 clients including InterContinental Hotels Group, Novartis, Kaiser Permanente, Chick-fil-A, The Coca-Cola Company, GAP and United Airlines. A significant amount of his work is with venture capital, private equity and fast growth companies working to ramp up their capabilities, results and valuation.
He has significant experience developing growth strategies and strategic plans. He quickly develops trust with client teams by listening to understand, insightful analysis, collaboration and creativity. He has developed and helped implement strategies in the information technology, professional services, real estate, consumer products and other industries.
Bob is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Girl Talk, past advisor to the Board of Directors of Clark College and past member of the Childs Advisory Partners Advisory Board. He has served as President and Chairman of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club.
Bob received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He received his B.A. cum laude in Industrial Psychology and Japanese from the University of Notre Dame. He also studied at the Institut Catholique de Paris and Sophia University in Tokyo. In addition, he designed and taught the Management Consulting course at the Goizueta Business School at Emory.
Bob has 3 children. He is also an Eagle Scout and has been an Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts. In his spare time, Bob likes to camp, drive off-road, fly fish and play tennis and ice hockey.

Matthew Waring
Matthew Waring co-founded, led, and grew one of the Southeast’s largest technology solution providers, Adcap Network Systems Inc., for nearly 15 years from inception to successful exit, earning national recognition along the way.
Mr. Waring received his undergrad degree in Finance from Auburn University and holds an MBA from Emory University.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for the growth stage healthcare technology company NPHub. He also currently serves on the Advisory Board for Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Robby Paul
Robby currently serves as CEO of Elevate Advisory. Elevate Advisory leverages decades of experience building and operating profitable businesses to provide strategy consulting, executive advisory and board services in the IT SaaS and Services space. Elevate Advisory assists clients with accelerating growth, boosting revenues, and mitigating risk to build long term company value.
Robby is currently serving as a strategic advisor to the Board of Directors and CEO of Verinext Corporation (A MillPoint Capital Company), a $400M managed service provider of transformative business technology that provides proven solutions and services in CX, Security, Networking, and Data Center.
Robby is the former Chief Strategy Officer for Verinext where he was responsible for Strategy, Integration of four distinct companies, compensation alignment, Information Systems integration, and overall operational efficiency gains. Robby was responsible for the creation of Verinext’s value creation plan.
Robby is the former Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer of Light Networks, a focused provider of contact center, collaboration, networking and consulting services serving clients throughout the United States.
Robby has over 30 years of business management, operations, consulting and sales experience and has successfully built and operated various technology services organizations focused on commercial and enterprise markets. Robby is highly skilled at developing and implementing strategic plans and processes to improve operational efficiency, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
Prior to co-founding Light Networks Robby worked as a top sales performer in the technology space for nearly 20 years for organizations such as Presidio, NexusIS and Dimension Data.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Robby’s specific strengths in strategy, enterprise sales and operations, and the ability to listen objectively allow him to help others understand and solve whatever business problem is at hand.
Robby and his wife, Beth, have been married for over 30 years spending the last 25 years in Roswell, Ga. where they are “empty nesters.” They have (2) sons, Jack and Bryce and attend North Point Community Church. Over the years Robby has spent countless hours either on the sports field coaching or as a volunteer in a board member capacity.
